Optum is hosting Technical Support Hours for SmartCare users who need help in completing a function in SmartCare. The types and schedules of the Technical Support Hours are as follows:

Confirmation of Required Training (All Users)

You must have completed the required CalMHSA online LMS Moodle training videos for your role and passed the knowledge checks with a minimum of 80% before scheduling any additional training or support sessions. See the grid below.
